Academic Integrity Day is on Tuesday, February 4th!
ºÚÁÏÍø students, faculty, and staff are invited to Academic Integrity Day, a campus-wide event that promotes honesty, originality, and success in education, on Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Rhyolite Room at Lied Library. The event will feature workshops, a resource fair in the lobby of Lied Library, and expert-led sessions to address and prevent academic misconduct.
Event Schedule Highlights
- 11 a.m. | Opening Panel: Hear insights from academic integrity experts.
- 11:30 a.m. | Generative AI in Your Syllabus: Learn how to write clear AI policies.
- Noon | Time Management Workshop: Discover strategies for staying organized.
- 12:30 p.m. | Addressing Academic Misconduct: Explore proactive approaches to support students.
- 1 p.m. | AI-Resistant Assignments: Tips for designing coursework that emphasizes originality.
- 1:30 p.m. | Writing Success Workshop: Develop a plan for successful academic writing.
Refreshments and light snacks will be provided.
The event is sponsored by University Libraries, the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities, Student and Academic Success, and the Writing Center.
