In this hybrid workshop, faculty will learn how to effectively integrate postdoctoral positions into their research grant proposals. Including a postdoc in your grant application not only strengthens the research team's capabilities but also enhances the potential for impactful outcomes. This session will guide you through the process of justifying and positioning postdoc roles within the context of your proposed project, demonstrating how to align their responsibilities with the overall goals and research objectives. Participants will explore key strategies for writing compelling descriptions of postdoc roles, understanding funding agency expectations, and highlighting the professional development benefits for postdoctoral researchers.

Whether you’re a seasoned grant writer or new to proposal development, this workshop will equip you with the tools and confidence to build stronger, more competitive proposals that incorporate postdoc positions as an essential part of your research plan.
