Judd Harbin (Campus Life Assessment) in December was elected to serve as chair-elect of the board of directors for in 2018. He will become chair of the board in 2019. Comprised of educators who lead assessment in divisions of student affairs at a variety of institutions across the nation, SAAL seeks to create an atmosphere where leaders can share and advance conversations related to creating division assessment infrastructure, supporting assessment projects, and documenting student learning as it relates to the academic mission. For the past two years, he served as chair of SAAL's External Relations Committee, working to build relationships between SAAL and related organizations. He been a member of the SAAL since 2012.
