Manoj Sharma (Social and Behavioral Health) and Kavita Batra (Medicine), along with colleagues from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, University of Southern Mississippi, and Berea College, published an article, in the journal Healthcare. The article presents a unique application of Sharma’s multi-theory model to introspective meditation, a technique elaborated in a book on the topic by Sharma published in 2018.
