Patricia A. Heisser Metoyer (English, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies) was awarded a Los Angeles Review Board ( LARB ) Publishing Workshop Fellowship from June 27 to July 30. The Los Angeles Review of Books will host the fifth annual LARB Publishing Workshop, guiding a new cohort of students through the world of publishing with incredible speakers and hands-on training in book and magazine production. This year’s LARB Publishing Workshop Fellows will learn from 60+ leading industry professionals from all over the country, including Nicole Counts (One World), Nicole Chung (Catapult), Evette Dionne (Bitch Media), Dennis Johnson (Melville House), Jennifer 8.
