Toni Repetti (Hospitality) and Shekinah Hoffman (Sociology) recently published their paper "" in the ºÚÁÏÍø Gaming Research & Review Journal. The study suggests there is a potential glass ceiling for women in the casino industry, as well as gaps in vertical leadership across individual departments. Hoffman is a doctoral student.
