Summer Research Boot Camp
The Summer Research Boot Camp Occurs annually in the month of August.
The Office of Undergraduate Research proudly announces and enthusiastically invites all incoming freshmen, transfer students, and novice undergraduate researchers to OUR’s immersive, inclusive, and comprehensive research program to serve as an Introduction to Research at ºÚÁÏÍø. The Boot Camp is a day-long event and entails professional development workshops, faculty presentations, tours of ºÚÁÏÍø’s cutting-edge research labs, and an undergraduate research showcase.

Eligibility
All incoming ºÚÁÏÍø freshmen, transfer students, and novice undergraduate researchers.
Boot Camp Participation
The boot camp is a full day event running from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.. Attendees will learn the research process as well as types of research, hear from ºÚÁÏÍø faculty who will present their research, learn about research- based campus resources, tours research labs and learn about the cutting-edge work conducted by ºÚÁÏÍø faculty, and partake in the undergraduate research showcase.
