
Kelechi Odunze

Biography
Kelechi Odunze is a second-year student studying political science on a pre-law track at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He currently serves as the CSUN student body president of ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s undergraduate student government representing the 27,000+ undergraduates at the University. Kelechi also is a member of the Rebel Events Board, a student organization that plans and organizes events for the ºÚÁÏÍø student body including Homecoming Week and Premier ºÚÁÏÍø. Kelechi has also served as an orientation and Rebel Ready Week leader for ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s newly-admitted students. Along with that, he has volunteered as a member of the College of Liberal Arts Dean Student Advisory Council to provide events, advocacy, and career development for students in the College of Liberal Arts. Before being elected student body president, he served as a CSUN senator, helping to create new scholarship opportunities for ºÚÁÏÍø students in his role as the Scholarships and Grants Committee Chair. Kelechi plans to pursue a JD-MBA with a focus on empowering future entrepreneurs in Nevada to achieve their dreams. As a student leader, he is committed to initiatives that will enhance student involvement, celebrate ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s rich multiculturalism, strengthen the purpose of CSUN, advocate for student needs, build a more united campus community, promote transparency, and, above all, serve the student body of ºÚÁÏÍø.
