This award honors employees for outstanding contributions to ºÚÁÏÍø and its mission to be a top tier university. While everyone associated with ºÚÁÏÍø works toward fulfilling our mission, the efforts of some individuals present an outstanding example of commitment. The Top Tier Award recognizes such dedicated members of our campus community. This award is administered by the Office of Faculty Affairs.

Renato (Rainier) Liboro
Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology

Dr. Liboro actively contributes to several core area of ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s Top Tier 2.0 initiatives, including Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity; Community Partnerships; Student Achievement; Social Justice, Equity, and Inclusion; ºÚÁÏÍø Academic Health; and Infrastructure and Shared Governance. Shortly after joining ºÚÁÏÍø in 2019, he established the Community Health Advocacy for Minority Populations, Immigrants, and Other Newcomers (CHAMPION Mental Health) initiative. According to one of his nominators, “As a dynamic community-engaged scholar, Dr. Liboro has worked tirelessly towards promoting excellence and advancing ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s mission as a top tier university since he joined our institution".
